Important – Please Read Before Booking

1. Additional Security Deposit

A cleaning and facility deposit of 100,000 KRW is required up front.
We will send payment instructions via text after confirming your reservation,
and the deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after inspecting the space upon checkout.

2. Usage Guidelines

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, including e-cigarettes and vaping.
   Smoking outside the designated indoor smoking booth will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of your deposit.
2. You are responsible for any damage or loss of our facilities, charged at the original purchase cost.
   We are not liable for accidents or incidents caused by personal negligence.
3. CCTV is in operation for loss prevention, fire safety, and headcounts.
   Covering or tampering with cameras will result in immediate eviction.
4. Minors may only use the facility during Daytime (10:00–18:00) and must provide an emergency contact for a parent or guardian.
5. No pets allowed. Violation will result in immediate eviction.
6. Overnight stay is not permitted. No shower facilities, bedding, or amenities are provided.
7. Before leaving, you must tidy up, separate recyclables, and turn off all equipment and lights.
   Failure to comply may result in a partial deduction from your deposit.
8. Your reservation time includes cleanup and check-out preparation.
   Late check-out will incur additional charges.
9. Please bring any personal items beyond what we provide.
   We cannot supply extra items for additional guests.
